Runs very big

I'm sorry I purchased this item and another in the same style. It runs much larger than the size chart indicates and, even at 50% off, is overly expensive. Very disappointed. Customer service could not help since it was a final sale. I would have loved to just exchange it because I liked the color. Will not purchase from Ibkul again. It's a lot of money down the drain.
