GIFT CARDS & MERCHANDISE CREDIT

We will soon! Electronic gift cards will be able to be purchased on our Gift Card page. These cards can be redeemed online at ibkul.com. We are in the process of offering the ability of purchasing Electronic Gift Cards. Please check back soon.
E-Gift Cards are available right away and sent via email. Each E-Gift Card recipient will receive a single email with card number, PIN, and gift message (if you choose to share one). Both numbers are required to redeem a e-gift card. Be sure to check spam/junk folders if the E-Gift Card email is not received directly into your inbox.
The email of the person attached to the electronic gift card will be able to login to their account and see the balance of the gift card.
No! IBKUL electronic gift cards and merchandise credits do not have an expiration date or inactivity fee. To ensure an easy shopping experience, hang on to all relevant gift card or merchandise credit information.

INTERNATIONAL

Yes, there are the standard fees that are always associated with international shipping.  

Customers are responsible for international shipping costs. A customs duty fee will be added to the order depending upon the country in which you reside. IBKUL is not responsible for payment of this fee. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices; we must adhere to all international import/export laws.

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

The duties and taxes for International orders are not calculated into your shipping cost. These are separate and will be billed by the carrier separately. Orders refused at the border due to non-payment of duties and taxes will not be refunded the shipping costs.

  • Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
  • These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
  • We will not mark orders as "gifts".
  • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
  • OSS has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

At this time, all international order are shipped via DHL and take approximately 3-5 days for delivery.

Our estimated shipping transit times for international shipments DO NOT include possible delays that may occur during the customs clearance process. While most international shipments via DH will pass through customs without being delayed, some will get delayed in customs.

Your order will be automatically shipped when all the products are available.  Currently we do not offer the ability to order items that are not in stock.  So all orders typically ship within 24 hrs of the order being placed except on weekends.  If placed on Friday after 2pm est, your order will ship on the following Monday.   

Yes, A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. 

We are currently working on the ability to ship internationally. We will list all the countries here once they become available. 

ORDERS

We’re happy to update you on the status of your order! If a valid email address is provided at the time you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation followed by a shipping notification that includes tracking information for your package.

To check the status of your order at any time, you can view your Order History found in your account, or visit our Order Status page. There you will enter the order number, and last name associated with the order.
We begin processing orders immediately and are not able to make changes after the order is placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!
We begin to process orders immediately upon receipt. Orders are processed Monday–Friday and ship out within 1–2 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM EST typically go out the same day.
IBKUL will authorize your card for the full amount of your order at checkout. However, if we are unable to fulfill any portion of your order, we will notify you by email or phone and based on your decision, we will credit you any items we were unable to ship.
If a valid email address is entered at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order has been submitted, followed by shipping and tracking information once the order has shipped. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam/junk folder. These emails can be manually forwarded to an updated email address by contacting Customer Service.

PAYMENT

IBKUL is located in Florida. If we ship to FL, we are required by law to collect sales tax on all applicable purchases. Sales tax is calculated based on shipping address and will not be charged for orders shipping to states in which no sales tax is due.
You can apply your promotional code in the shopping cart before checking out or add it during the billing portion of checkout. Gift card and merchandise credits can also be applied during the billing portion of checkout, before you enter your credit card information.
Not all items may be eligible for discount with your promotional code. Eligibility varies by style, color and size and can change at any time. Discounts will be reflected at checkout.

Excluded items include but are not limited to: gift cards and shipping charges. Discounts may not apply to web specials or sale items.

Promotional codes cannot be applied to past orders. Email orders are not accepted.

Please note promotional codes can expire; check where you received your code for details.

At this time, we do not offer petite, tall or plus sizing, however, XS–2XL sizes are available in select styles. In trying to build the best product, we never stop analyzing the fit of our items, and we are always making improvements. We have no doubts that people of all sizes have a love for the outdoors, and as our company grows we hope to be able to offer these additional sizes to our customers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 35 days from the date you placed your order to return or exchange it. Any merchandise returned after 35 days will not be accepted. The item must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels and in the original condition, unworn, and not soiled. If you wish to exchange an item, you can click on "Returns & Exchanges" located at the bottom of any page and state the style, color and size on the return form and the reason for the return.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, other than to exchange for a different size of the same style and color, based on availability. Please note: Orders sold at a discount of 40% or more are a “Final Sale” or ending with .99. No returns or exchanges can be accepted after the delivery of such discounted orders..
Any items not purchased from IBKUL.com will need to be returned to the location where they were purchased. Please make sure to bring your receipt. All returns are subject to the stores return policy.

SHIPPING INFO

Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method selected in checkout and the destination of your package. If you selected our free shipping option, please note that it can take up to 1 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped. Faster shipping options are available during checkout; please see our Shipping Information page for full details and transit times.
Also, please be aware that weather, shipping holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect billing information can delay the shipment of your order.
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your timeline, each with a corresponding rate. For specific details and information on our shipping options, check out our shipping page.
Not at this time, but we are working on shipping to other countries in the future.
You will be emailed the tracking number shortly after your order ships. To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email or input your tracking number into the carrier’s website.

If an item is out of stock, you may elect to be notified when the item comes back in stock. Click on the "Notify Me" button found on the Product Page near the "Add to Cart" button after selecting size and color. Only solid items are typically restocked.
