REFUND, EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 40 days from the date you placed your order to return it. Any merchandise returned after 40 days will not be accepted. The item must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels and in the original condition, unworn, and not soiled.
EXCHANGES: Because we can't ensure the style/size required will be available by the time returned items come back to the Return Center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. To receive another style/size, we recommend that you try placing a new order.
FINAL SALE – CLEARANCE
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, other than to exchange for a different size of the same style and color, based on availability.
Please note: Orders sold at a discount of 50% or more are a “Final Sale” or ending with .99. No returns or exchanges can be accepted after the delivery of such discounted orders.
All gift cards are final sale. Refunds for online purchases made with a gift card will be given in the form of a store credit that may be used on future purchases.
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Once we receive the item you are returning, we will send you an email confirmation. Although we will process your return within 48 hours, please allow up to 15 days for the refund to show on your credit card statement as this is determined by your credit card provider.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your tracking information and after that the return and exchange policy will apply.
