RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept all returns for items that are tagged, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered within 40 days of your initial purchase. Only full-price or sale items are eligible for a return. FINAL SALE items, items discounted at 50% off or more, and International orders are not eligible for a return.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time since we can’t ensure certain styles/sizes will be available once your items arrive at our Return Center. We recommend that you place a new order on IBKUL.com

RETURN PROCESSING
Once you complete your return request online, please allow 1 business day for your return request to be approved. Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after your item(s) are received by us. Refunds take 3-5 business days to appear on your original payment method.

FINAL SALE – CLEARANCE 
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, other than to exchange for a different size of the same style and color, based on availability.

Please note: Orders sold at a discount of 50% or more are a “Final Sale” or ending with .99. No returns or exchanges can be accepted after the delivery of such discounted orders.

E-GIFT CARDS
All gift cards are “Final Sale" therefore do not qualify for a return. Refunds for online purchases made with a gift card will be given in the form of a store credit that may be used on future purchases.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your tracking information and after that, the return and exchange policy will apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note: All International Orders are "Final Sale"

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Your return item(s) should reach our Return Center within 30 days of approving your return request.

You can get your package to us using IBKUL’s prepaid UPS label for $5.99 that will be deducted from your original total refund or you can choose a carrier of your choice to return your items. If you decide to mail your return with the carrier of your choice, we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Without proof of receipt and delivery, IBKUL will not be able to process your return.
