RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We will gladly accept returns for unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items with tags attached within 40 days of your initial purchase. Only full price or sale items are eligible for a return. FINAL SALE items, items discounted at 50% off or more, and international orders are not eligible for a return.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you're looking to exchange, please order ahead as we cannot guarantee availability. We recommend you to place a new order on IBKÜL.com. Your return will be refunded within 2-3 business days after your items are received.

RETURN PROCESS TIME

Once your online return request is submitted, please allow 1 business day for it to be approved. Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after your item(s) are received. Refunds take 3-5 business days to appear on your original payment method.

E-GIFT CARDS

All gift cards are “Final Sale" therefore do not qualify for a return. Refunds for online purchases made with a gift card will be given in the form of a store credit that may be used on future purchases.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your tracking information and after that, the return and exchange policy will apply.

PLEASE NOTE

If you choose to use the prepaid UPS label from IBKÜL, $5.99 will be deducted from your total refund. If you decide to send your return with a carrier of your choice, we are not liable for any return packages that may be lost, damaged or stolen in transit. Please keep a proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping your returns. To request a return go to our return portal located at https://returns.ibkul.com/

Please note: Your returned item(s) should reach our return center within 15 business days of approving your Return Request.
