Orders
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is packaged at our warehouse. Tracking links generally need 24-48 hours to be updated with tracking information.
You can also find your tracking information by logging into your account on our website.
Making changes can be difficult as orders placed before 3 PM EST ship same day. If you need to make adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist if the item has not shipped yet.
Orders placed before 3 PM EST on business days are usually processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Please note, holiday rushes or high order volumes may cause delays.
If you choose expedited shipping, we will prioritize the processing and shipment of your order.
If we are unable to fulfill any portion of your order, you will receive a full refund for the item(s) not shipped to your original form of payment. You will receive and email with the refund details.
You should receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email when your order is packaged at our warehouse. The exceptions are orders placed during a weekend or holiday, which may not ship until the following business day. If you don’t receive either email within those time frames, try the following:
- Check your spam folder.
- If you use multiple email addresses, make sure you’re checking the right inbox.

Damaged Item:
- Order number.
- Damaged item style number/name as shown on the items tag.
- A short description of the damage.
- 1-2 images clearly depicting the damage.
Incorrect/Missing Item:
- Order number.
- Missing and received item style number/name as shown on the items tag.
- 1-2 images of the incorrect item clearly showing the items tag.
Please note: Orders reporting incorrect or missing items must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date. Any requests made outside of this time frame have no guaranteed resolution.
Sale Item: This refers to products that are being offered at a discounted price. Customers can typically return these items according to the standard return policy.
Final Sale Item: This designation indicates that the item is offered at a discount of 50% or more and cannot be returned. The “Final Sale” marking will be clearly displayed on the product page, at checkout, and in the order confirmation email.
Shipping
Yes, we ship to all locations within the USA and internationally, except for PO Boxes. Simply input your address at checkout, and you will be provided with further information regarding delivery to your specific address.
Delivery times within the United States may vary depending on your selected shipping method and location. If you chose standard ground shipping at checkout, packages typically arrive within 4 to 6 business days after your order has shipped.
For faster delivery service, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Keep in mind that factors such as weather, shipping holidays, and peak seasons may affect delivery times.
Please note that once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are no longer within our control. However, we strive to process all orders promptly to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.
U.S. Orders:
- UPS Free Ground Shipping for orders over $100: Orders over $100 are eligible for free ground shipping. If you use a discount coupon and the total value of your items drops below $100, shipping charges will apply. Free shipping is not eligible on expedited shipping for orders over $100.
- Shipping Methods for orders under $100:
- UPS Ground Shipping: 4 to 6 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) — $4.99.
- UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days (orders placed after 3 PM EST ship the next business day; excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) — $17.99.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (orders placed after 3 PM EST ship the next business day; excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) — $21.90.
International Orders: Shipping charges vary based on the shipping carrier, delivery address, freight costs, and the chosen shipping method (standard or expedited). These charges will be calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address.
All orders are shipped from our facility in Medley, Florida.
Yes, we ship internationally! We love seeing you wear our products no matter where you are in the world, and we’re pleased to provide an international shipping option that is easy and efficient! The shipping fees, duty and tax are automatically calculated at checkout upon input of your delivery address. Please note we cannot ship to international P.O. boxes.
International orders typically take 5-15 days to deliver, depending on your delivery location, local customs clearance, and other factors related to the shipping carrier.
By law, we must disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot adjust the total. All prices are evaluated in U.S. dollars.
Please note that all international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Account
To reset your IBKÜL account password, follow these steps:
- Click on the person icon at the top right corner of https://ibkul.com/ or simply click here: IBKÜL Account Login.
- Select "Forgot Password?" Located below the login field.
- Enter the email address associated with your IBKÜL account and click "Submit."
- You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk mail folder.

To change or update your email preferences, scroll to the bottom of any email you’ve received from us. Click on “Edit preferences”, and you’ll be redirected to update your preferences page. Fill out all the fields and click on the icon “Update” and your preferences will be saved.
To update your shipping or billing address, follow these steps:
- Click on the person icon at the top right corner of IBKUL or simply click here: Login.
- Log into your account by entering your email address and password. You will be redirected to your account page.
- On the left-hand side, click on "Addresses" (second option).
- To add a new address: Click “Add a new address”, fill in the details, and press “Add a new address” at the bottom to save. You can check “Set as default address” to make it the default for all future orders.
- To edit an address: Click the “Edit” icon below the address you want to modify.
- To delete an address: Click the “Delete” icon below the address you’d like to remove.
For order placed — Shipping Address:
Changing a shipping address post-purchase is time-sensitive, so we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships. Please have your order number and the updated shipping address ready when you contact us. You can email us at goibkul@ibkul.com or call us at 1 (844) 464-2585 before 3 PM ET to request the address change.
Please note: Once your order has left our facility, we will not be able to modify the shipping address.
While we’ll make every effort to process your request, we cannot guarantee that the change will be made in time once order has left our facility.
For order placed — Billing Address:
We are unable to change the billing address after an order has been placed. Please ensure all billing details are correct at the time of purchase.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express (including IBKÜL gift card). We also accept payments via PayPal and Amazon Pay. We currently do not accept digital payment methods such as Revolut, Venmo, etc.
Please note: We’re unable to split payment between multiple payment methods. When paying by credit card, your name and billing address must match the address on file with the card issuer or your order will be canceled. All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. If your order was purchased with a combination of a gift card and a credit card, the refund will be processed to the IBKÜL gift card first, followed by the credit card.
Shop Pay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or in installments over time.
For orders between $50 and $999.99, you can split your purchase into four bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees for this option, and your credit score isn't affected.
For orders between $150 USD to $20,000 USD, you can split your purchase into monthly installment payments. While there are no late fees for monthly installment payments, your order is subject to interest fees. Your credit score isn't affected when you apply, but it can change if you don't make your payments on time.
After you make your first payment at checkout, you'll be charged either biweekly or monthly, depending on the installment payment option you choose. You'll be reminded by email and SMS text (if applicable) before each payment is charged to your card. You can also turn on push notifications in the Shop app to be reminded. However, you can't customize your payment schedule. Learn more about eligibility here.
Depending on your shipping destination, duties and taxes may apply. Since these charges are determined by your local governing law and vary by country and region, we are unable to provide an exact estimate at the time of purchase. Should duties, taxes, or customs fees apply, you will be responsible for settling them directly with your local authorities.
Please note that if an order is refused, any associated shipping charges will remain your responsibility. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions you may have along the way.
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address provided and is determined according to your governing state and local county laws. IBKÜL is required by law to collect sales tax on all applicable purchases, depending on these regulations. Tax will not be charged for orders shipped to states where no sales tax is required.

If you receive an error message when trying to apply a promo or discount code to your order, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your code might be entered incorrectly and you may need to double check the code’s spelling. For example, an O was entered as a 0 (zero).
- Your code is not valid. IBKÜL cannot guarantee the validity of any discount code obtained from a third party website. Please also check your item(s) meet the Terms & Conditions listed on the promotion. Our first order discount is for first-time customers, and can only be applied to newly created accounts for customers who have signed up for our mailing list.
- Only one code can be applied per order. The majority of our promotional codes are exclusive and cannot be applied in conjunction with one another.
- Discounts cannot be stacked while making purchases on special promotions, gift cards, surplus/sale items.
- Discounts are unique to each individual, using the code assigned to another user's email will void the discount.

Returns
For items purchased on IBKUL.com, we are happy to accept returns in their original condition (all tags intact and in the original packaging) within 40 days of purchase. Please note, final sale items and International orders are not eligible for return.
Simply visit https://returns.ibkul.com/ and follow the steps to initiate your return request. You’ll need your order number, email address, or zip code to start.
If you choose to purchase a prepaid return label from us, $2.99 will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please note that original shipping costs, including any expedited shipping charges and taxes on the shipping, are non-refundable.
If using your own shipping label, please email us the tracking information to goibkul@ibkul.com with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and be sure to keep your proof of postage. We cannot process a refund for items lost in transit.

Any returns sent without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return items. Please allow an additional 2-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Important: Return items must reach our Return Center within 30 days of the return request approval.

When you process your return through our Return Portal page, you are able to purchase IBKÜL’s prepaid UPS label for $2.99 that is deducted from your original total refund or you can choose a courier of your choice (in which you will need to purchase the return label yourself) to return your items. If you decide to mail your return with the carrier of your choice, we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
If the garment is defected, a label will be provided once the return request is approved.

We are unable to accept returns on purchases made from third-party retailers (Amazon.com, etc.). For returns and order issues, please contact the retailer’s customer service where you made your purchase.
Your refund will be processed back to the card used for your order, provided the card account is still open. If your card was lost, stolen, or replaced, the refund can still be credited to that account. Please note that we cannot issue refunds to a different card.

How many times can I wash Iceƒil garments before the technology wears off?
Iceƒil technology is designed to last through approximately 50 washes while maintaining its cooling and moisture-wicking properties. To maximize the longevity of these features, it's important to follow the care instructions provided on the garment's label, such as avoiding fabric softeners and bleach, and washing in cold water. Proper care helps ensure that the performance characteristics of Iceƒil remain effective for as long as possible.
Can I bleach my IBKÜL garments?
Bleach should not be used on IBKÜL garments, as it can damage the fibers, reduce elasticity, and compromise performance features like Iceƒil cooling and UPF protection. To preserve the quality and longevity of your items, we recommend following the care instructions on the garment tag, which typically suggest a gentle, cold wash and air drying.
Can I put my IBKÜL products in the dryer?
To ensure the longevity of your IBKÜL garments, avoid using the dryer on high heat as it can damage the nylon/spandex performance fibers, causing them to break down over time. This applies to most performance fabrics as well.
High heat can diminish important features, including color vibrancy, wicking performance, anti-microbial properties, and our Iceƒil cooling element. For optimal care, please follow the instructions on the garment's hang tag, which recommend air drying.
You can wear IBKÜL products for all indoor and outdoor sports activities, as well as leisurely, but we do not recommend them for swimming in chlorine. The fibers in IBKÜL garments will eventually break down due to exposure to chlorine, which can reduce the effectiveness of the cooling element and affect the clarity of the print or solid color. Chlorine can deteriorate any fabric, whether it’s made from polyester, nylon, or cotton, gradually eroding the fibers and their features. While the nylon-based yarn used in IBKÜL products is more durable against these elements than polyester or cotton, it will still break down over time, similar to any swimwear. For this reason, we do not recommend using IBKÜL garments for swimming.
We currently do not offer underarm mesh panels in our men’s products.
Our tennis dress comes with shorts (unattached), which you can find here: Shorts and we also sell what we call “Women’s Shorty with Pockets” that can be paired with dresses if desired. You can find those here: Women’s Shorty with Pockets.
For customers looking for pockets, we have a specific dress style (style #50###) that includes two hidden zipper front pockets to accommodate your needs while golfing or engaging in other activities.
As for majority of our dress silhouettes, they are primarily designed as daytime and resort wear, but many of our customers also enjoy wearing them for golfing.
While our standard dresses do not feature pockets, we do offer a Women’s shorty with pockets - Style 61001 for those who prefer additional coverage during their activities.
Our exclusive print collections are seasonal and won’t be restocked once they sell out, except for select special occasion prints or limited editions as specified. Discontinued styles will also not return to stock. Essential items, however, are regularly restocked.
We release new collections every four months, featuring fresh, limited-availability prints and styles. To be the first to know about our latest releases and exclusive print launches, subscribe to our emails on the home page.
If you’d like to be notified when a specific product is back in stock, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page—if the option is available. If the sign-up isn’t visible, it means we’re currently unsure whether the item will be restocked. Gift Cards
We offer two types of Gift Cards:
After purchasing an IBKÜL E-Gift Card on our website, you will receive an email with the E-Gift Card details. Within that email, you will have the option to:
- View Gift Card – If you plan to use it yourself.
- Schedule Gift Card – To send it to the recipient. Click on Schedule Gift Card, enter the recipient’s email address, and complete the required details to send the E-Gift card.
Our Gift Cards never expire, so you may redeem them whenever you like.
E-Gift Cards are sent via email shortly after purchase. The recipient will receive a single email with a link to view the E-Gift Card and a message if you choose to include one. Clicking the link will reveal the E-Gift Card code, which is needed for checkout. If the email doesn’t appear in the inbox, check spam or junk folders.
Our shipping time frames for the United States (and all territories) are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (Orders above $100): Orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days and are eligible for free shipping. Please place your order by 3:00 PM EST.
- Standard Shipping (Orders below $100): Orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days for a rate of $4.99. Please place your order by 3:00 PM EST.
- 3-Day Express Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 3 business days for a rate of $17.49. Please place your order by 3:00 PM EST.
- 2-Day Express Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 2 business days for a rate of $21.00. Please place your order by 3:00 PM EST.
