Cute print & great fabric but a little too short

Being 5'1" I typically buy tennis skorts for golf but this is a little too short for even me/golf. The skort length is as indicated in the size chart for an XS but since it's so high waisted the fit ends up being pretty short. Also, it's a little too flared for me, maybe if it was a bit longer it would drape better/not be as flared. I really wanted this skort but unfortunately I think it needs to go back.
