A complete mess

The order was mixed up and I recevevd someone else's order. After numerous calls and many unanswered emails someone sent me a label to return the wrong package and almost a month later I received a partial of my original order. No mention of the credit for the other shirt or if they will actually send it. I wasted hours dialing customer support, explaining the situation and going to the post office to return the wrong order. No apology. I have purchased many shirts from Ibkul, will think hard about ordering any more shirts. On the positive side, the shirt seems fine, although I wish the shirts were longer.
